Trance, at its core, is a journey — not just a genre. At Orcidia Sound Lab, the pursuit is always the same : finding that precise moment where melody and energy collide, where a track stops being just music and becomes something you feel in your chest.
The focus is on Uplifting Trance, Tech-Trance, Hard Trance and Hard Techno — each a different facet of the same energy. From emotional melodic journeys to raw technical power, all four demand the same level of craft, intention and impact on the dancefloor.
Trance Generation X
Selection Criteria
Every track featured in TGX is selected by ear — no automatic playlisting, no algorithm. Here is what makes a track stand out.
Genre
Uplifting Trance, Tech-Trance, Hard Trance and Hard Techno exclusively. No Progressive Trance, no other genres.
BPM
138 to 145 BPM. Energy and groove matter more than the exact number.
What makes a YES
Strong melody, emotional depth, dancefloor impact, clean production, a unique identity.
What makes a NO
Generic sound design, weak arrangement, wrong genre, or anything that feels like it was made in a hurry.
AI-generated tracks are strictly not accepted. We have the means to identify them easily. Any submission identified as AI-generated will result in a formal notice being sent to your label.
Every promo is listened to. A reply is not guaranteed, but if your track fits — you will hear from us.
Please include in your submission
— Your Spotify and Beatport links (if the track is already released)
— Your social media profiles and your label's social media so we can properly tag and credit you
— A short description of the track and its release date if not yet out
